Onboarding (and account settings): - limited biography character length to 1200 characters - Profile picture is no longer mandatory

Artist page and institutional page: - Added default artist and institution pictures for those who haven't uploaded one - Added social media links

Dashboard: - Made it more clear that certain fields are optional. - Fixed issue where artist was not being assigned to work - Redesigned new work workflow to fix bug where entering invalid url created extra copies of the work - Fixed issue where works were not being properly added to series half the time. - Fixed citation formatting issues
